These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the HÄK application and the hak-method.com website.
1. Purpose
HÄK is a wellness application offering protocols combining ancestral practices and scientific validations. The service is accessible via web application at app.hak-method.com.
2. Service Access
- Registration is free and requires a valid email address
- Users must be at least 16 years old
- Free access allows use of basic sessions
- A Premium subscription gives access to all content
3. Premium Subscription
- Prices are displayed in the application and on the website
- Payment is securely processed by Stripe
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings
4. Health Disclaimer
HÄK offers wellness protocols for informational and educational purposes. This content does not replace professional medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any new protocol, especially if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
- Practices involving cold (cold showers, ice baths) are not recommended for people with cardiovascular issues
- Intense breathing exercises are not recommended for pregnant women and people with epilepsy
- Intermittent fasting is not recommended for people with eating disorders
5. Intellectual Property
All HÄK content (texts, protocols, illustrations, source code, brand) is protected by intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
6. Liability
HÄK strives to provide a quality service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. HÄK cannot be held liable for damages resulting from the use of proposed protocols.
